Voir hydrogen fuel cell stack ® NIPC050 intelligent humidity controller. The fuel cell stack operates under non vacuum wet heat cycle conditions for a long time, and the inner wall is prone to condensation (in severe cases, it can cause insulation failure between the shell and the fuel cell stack, leading to leakage and system short circuit faults). The first generation of intelligent humidity control solution materials used by Voir Hydrogen Energy's fuel cell stack are made of polymer absorbent resin material for the inner core, and flame retardant insulation carbon fiber with high temperature and humidity resistance for the outer packaging. It has been widely used in the fuel cell system of well-known hydrogen energy enterprises, helping manufacturers solve condensation problems effectively.

The new generation of intelligent humidity control solution for fuel cells launched by Voir Hydrogen Energy adopts a high-temperature resistant injection molded shell without the outer packaging, which is easy and convenient to install through threaded fixation. Embedded with 2mm polymer resin material, the performance is improved by (1.8) times, the reliability is higher, and the protection level is higher. Moisture absorption and humidity control have a wide adjustable range.
