Voir ® H2 anode water separator

Scheme Description
Voir ® H2 anode water separator is used in fuel cell systems. Adopting a two-stage separation method combining condensation and swirling flow, the condensation material is a self-developed high-strength, high-throughput hydrophobic and separation filtration material, which has the characteristics of high separation efficiency and low flow resistance. The mixture of hydrogen and water produced after the fuel cell reaction is separated by gas and water. The separated hydrogen is returned to the hydrogen supply assembly and enters the fuel cell reactor for reaction. Water enters the drainage system through the drainage valve, and the returned hydrogen needs to maintain a certain humidity;
Compared to traditional mechanical liquid gas separators, membrane separators have a smaller volume and higher separation efficiency, making them suitable for the air and hydrogen pathways of hydrogen energy systems and have been validated through low-temperature start-up tests. It is the innovative application of Vorei Hydrogen Energy based on membrane materials and an iterative upgrade of traditional mechanical separation technology.
