Voir Hydrogen Energy's Water Gas Separation Scheme Based on Polymer Membrane Mat

       On May 23, 2022, the polymer membrane separation scheme provided by Voir Hydrogen Energy in Huinan, Huizhou, Guangdong has been recognized and adopted by hydrogen listed companies. After testing, verification and comparison, the separation efficiency of the Voir Hydrogen FL03 air path water and gas separator has been improved by more than 30% compared to traditional mechanical water and gas separators, achieving a separation efficiency of 90%.

      Compared to traditional mechanical water and gas separators, membrane separators have a smaller volume and higher separation efficiency, making them suitable for the air and hydrogen pathways of hydrogen energy systems and have been validated through low-temperature start-up tests. It is the innovative application of Vorei Hydrogen Energy based on membrane materials and an iterative upgrade of traditional mechanical separation technology.

      The separation efficiency of the air path (VH-FL03) and hydrogen path (VH-FL02) separators based on membrane separation reaches over 90% and 85%, respectively. The flow resistance is:< 10@260g /S @ 87C °
